Meet Rachel

Rachel Tustin
Legal Analyst
Rachel joined McAllister Olivarius in 2022 as a Legal Analyst on our US team. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University, focusing on the intersection of feminist political theory and law. During her fellowship, she was a research assistant at the Harvard Kennedy School Women and Public Policy Program, where she contributed to a longitudinal study on the impact of COVID on working mothers.
Rachel graduated with a Double First Class BA in Human, Social, and Political Sciences from Cambridge University in 2020. During her undergraduate degree, she was also President of the Cambridge Union.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, thrifting, and exploring London with friends.
