Matthew Paluch joined the U.S. team of McAllister Olivarius as Of Counsel in 2023. He brings significant experience in corporate law and immigration law.

Matthew began his career as an associate attorney at The Masliah Firm (formerly Masliah & Soloway) in New York, where he represented corporate and individual clients in a wide range of immigration law matters before the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security. Matthew also managed the firm’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals pro-bono practice.

Prior to joining our firm, Matthew counseled corporate clients on litigation discovery and responding to civil investigative demands and other requests from federal administrative agencies. Matthew managed a large team of attorneys and his clients ranged from small startup companies to large multinational corporations.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY University at Buffalo, and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and served as symposium editor of Cardozo Public Law, Policy, and Ethics Journal. He also holds an LL.M. in Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Matthew is admitted to practice in New York.
