Meet Lucinda

Lucinda joined McAllister Olivarius as a Legal Analyst on our US team in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she was an Analyst at global investment bank Moelis & Company, where she worked on M&A transactions across the bank’s Technology, Media and Healthcare sectors. She has also spent time in the Corporate & Investment Banking division of Société Générale’s Paris headquarters. During her time in the industry, Lucinda became increasingly interested in issues of diversity and equality in the corporate world and hopes to drive progress within this field through her work at McAllister Olivarius.

Lucinda graduated with a Double First Class with Distinction in Modern and Medieval Languages from Cambridge University (Gonville & Caius College) in 2021. Her academic work focused on the intersections between gender, sexuality and power in French literature.
