Lillian Blouin
Legal Analyst
Lillian joined McAllister Olivarius as a Legal Analyst on our US team in 2023 after completing her MSc in Gender, Policy and Inequalities at the London School of Economics. Her research at LSE focused on reproductive rights in the United States, in particular the role of gender in the US Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. She also holds a BA in International Development from McGill University, Montreal, where she is originally from.
Lillian is passionate about rectifying gender inequalities and addressing gender-based violence. She previously worked at Solace Women’s Aid, a charity that supports women victims of domestic and sexual violence in London. She recently served as a UK Delegate for the 67th session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women, attending sessions varying from image-based sexual abuse to engaging men for gender equality.
In her free time, she loves writing about gender issues, cooking for friends, and going to concerts.
