Kelsey Murrell
Associate
Kelsey, an Associate, works on a broad range of cases for the firm including UK and US employment matters, civil litigation and Title IX. Kelsey is particularly experienced in cases involving discrimination, harassment and sexual assault.
Kelsey received her BA in English from the University of Kansas in 2012 with the highest distinction. She also gained an MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies in 2013 and an MSc in Social Anthropology from Oxford University where she studied as a Rhodes Scholar before completing her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2017 and her LLM and LPC with distinction in 2019 at the University of Law, Bloomsbury.
Outside the office, Kelsey enjoys rowing, fishing and walking her dog.

We represented ten professors and former graduate students in a lawsuit against the University of Rochester for violations of Title VII, Title IX, and the New York State Human Rights Law. The case resulted in a $9.4 million settlement.
