Jason Sandler
Of Counsel
Jason Sandler is Of Counsel on the US team at McAllister Olivarius. A dedicated advocate for survivors of sexual abuse, he has advocated for hundreds of survivors of sexual abuse throughout the United States. Jason works on a broad range of cases at McAllister Olivarius including employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation matters, historic sexual abuse matters, and sexual assault and battery matters.
Prior to joining McAllister Olivarius, Jason worked at several leading US law firms where he oversaw a broad range of personal injury, general liability, and insurance coverage matters. His background also includes conducting pre-litigation investigations and claim analysis. As a litigator, Jason is particularly well-versed in advocating for his clients throughout the litigation process, as well as in mediations and other alternative dispute resolution processes.
Jason earned his bachelor’s degree, with honors, in Political Science from the University of Florida before completing his juris doctor, with honors, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he also served as an associate editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review. Immediately following graduation, Jason served as a Post-Graduate Judicial Fellow for the Honorable Donald Graham of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Jason is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, Illinois, and Pennsylvania, as well as various United States District Courts.
