Fern is a Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor in McAllister Olivarius’ UK team, having qualified in September 2026 after completing her training with the firm. She works across a number of the firm’s practice areas, with a particular focus on employment and civil claims arising from sexual abuse.
In employment matters, Fern has experience of claims involving discrimination, sexual harassment, and unfair and constructive dismissal, as well as complex issues relating to jurisdiction and entitlements to Long-Term Incentives.
Fern’s work on sexual abuse claims includes historical child sexual abuse involving religious and educational institutions, as well as contemporary claims involving rape, sexual assault, and sexual harassment.
Fern holds a First Class Honours degree in Law from the University of Bristol and an LLM in Bar Vocational Studies from City, University of London. Prior to joining McAllister Olivarius, she completed a Master of Philosophy in Criminological Research at the University of Cambridge.
