Davina Patel

Legal Analyst

Davina joined McAllister Olivarius as a Legal Analyst on our multi-jurisdictional team in 2021. She attended the University of Birmingham and graduated with honors in Law.

Throughout her university life Davina participated in various Pro Bono projects and completed a year abroad in Canada. She is passionate about anti-discrimination law and human rights and often directed her studies in this area. In particular, she conducted thorough legal analysis on the implementation of international human rights on sex workers and victims of trafficking.

At McAllister Olivarius, Davina works on a wide range of cases including historical child abuse, sexual abuse and trafficking.

Outside of work, she loves dancing, aerial silks and baking.
