Practice Manager

As Practice Manager, Ava runs firm’s operations. She sits on the firm’s Executive Committee as Head of HR and manages the Finance and Office Management teams. Ava is responsible for maintaining the firm’s accreditation from Lexcel, the Law Society’s quality mark for practice management and client care, by ensuring it operates to the highest standards of legal practice and compliance.

Before joining McAllister Olivarius in 2011, Ava worked in the art industry, and in her spare time is an accomplished jewellery designer. She holds a BA (Hons) in History with American Studies from the University of Portsmouth and is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
