Andreea Carlan has been working in intellectual property since graduating from the University of Law in Romania in her early 20s. Now a Part-Qualified Trademark Attorney at McAllister Olivarius, she advises business and start-up clients on general matters in intellectual property, IP licence and transfer agreements, trademarks, designs and infringements.

Andreea has practiced both in Romania and UK and brings with her extensive experience of a wide range of sectors and client types. She has been a member of The Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA) since 2015. She also works across a number of practice areas, including corporate law, business immigration and dispute resolution. Andreea is passionate about the psychology of conflict and is a qualified Family Mediator and a member of College of Mediators. In her personal life she is a keen hiker and snowboarder who dreams of sailing a skipper.
