Ali Wilkinson works on a wide range of cases for McAllister Olivarius, including Title IX, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, school discrimination, and human trafficking.

Before joining us, Ali spent close to a decade advancing victims’ rights in the criminal justice system at a Portland-based legal non-profit. Prior to this, she spent five years as a litigation associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in New York City.

Ali received her B.A., with honors, from the University of Michigan. She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia, where she was a member of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law, and on the board of Virginia Law Women.

Ali is admitted to the New York and Oregon bars.
