We were particularly delighted to see the firm’s younger talent recognised, with Meghna Sridhar taking Junior Lawyer of the Year and Amelia Bunce taking Rising Star. McAllister Olivarius also won the Pro Bono/Corporate Social Responsibility award, making it a record year for us at the BB&O Awards.
Dr. Olivarius was recognised “not just as a legal luminary but as a fervent advocate of women and equality worldwide,” said BB&O President Razi Shah.
McAllister Olivarius named Personal Injury Legal Team of the Year and finalist for Family Law Team of the Year.
Lord Chancellor Dominic Raab welcomed this year’s appointees to King’s Counsel at Westminister Hall, and Dr. Ann Olivarius was one of them.
We are all very proud of Dr Olivarius’ work, and are delighted to see that her contributions to the laws of England and Wales have now been officially recognised.
Dr Olivarius was awarded the OBE for her services to Justice, Women, and Equality. She has also been approved as honorary King’s Counsel for her “outstanding contributions to the laws of England and Wales.”
Dr Olivarius, Chair of the Executive Committee at McAllister Olivarius, has been approved as King’s Counsel honoris causa, a rank conferred by HM The King on the recommendation of the Lord Chancellor.
Dr Olivarius has been awarded for her services to justice, women and equality.
Dr Olivarius awarded an OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) in the King’s New Year’s Honours List.
