Carol Merchasin, head of our Sexual Misconduct in Spiritual Communities practice, joined author and Buddhist teacher Lama Willa Blythe Miller, paediatrician and Zen teacher Jan Chozen Bays Roshi, and ordained Zen teacher Grace Schireson Roshi to discuss how Buddhist communities can better help survivors of abuse. The discussion was hosted by Amy Paris Langenberg, associate professor of religious studies at Eckerd College.
