Our clients, the Manders, tell BBC South how they were racially discriminated against by Adopt Berkshire. This BBC newsreel is from the first day of the four-day trial against Berkshire’s adoption service (4 November 2019).

The Manders subsequently won their legal battle against Windsor and Maidenhead Borough Council for discrimination. The couple received significant compensation for damages.
